KNIGHTS Roll in first game of Granite City

Randolph, VT- On Friday, Vermont Tech took on the Cadets from Norwich University in one of the most historic gyms in New England, the Barre Auditorium. 

The Knights came out of the gate firing on all cylinders connecting on 53% of their 3 points field goals in the first half. The Knights defeated the Cadets 92-62.The Knights displayed good team ball having 28 assists on the night. The Knights ended the game shooting 54% from the field. Five players for VTC scored in double figures. Jeremiah Shaw 22, Trekel Douglas 18, Richard Hibbert 16,  Mario Mirchev 12, and Chance Cole 11. Shaw also added 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Dajuan Johnson also tied for a game high 7 assists.

The Knights return to action Saturday in a rematch against NVU- Johnson at 6pm at the Barre Auditorium.
