Lynn, MA -  Fisher College got off to a strong start going on a 9-0 run in the first three minutes of the game. Vermont Tech started inching their way back into the game as Junior Jamal Hughes (Stone Mountain, GA) got the offense going with a jump shot from behind the arc. With 14:02 left in the half, the Falcons called a timeout while holding an 11-8 lead over the Knights. Ira Haywood then hit two free throws to put the Falcons up 13-8, but not before Sophomore Joe Chevalier (Williston, VT) was able to hit a three pointer to bring the Green Knights within two points, 13-11. This would be as close as the Green Knights were able to get as the Falcons pulled ahead leading 34-29 at the half.

Hughes led the Knights with 11 points while grabbing four rebounds. Other key Green Knights players were Chevalier with six points, three rebounds and Logan White (So. Royalton, VT) with five points, one rebound.

With just under five minutes left to play, Freshman Jack Griffiths (Ellesmere Port, England) hit a shot from far behind the arc to cut the Falcons lead to four, 59-55. This would be as close as the Green Knights would get to the Falcons in the second half as Fisher went on to win 65-57.
