Hughes, Wells, and Baker Make YSCC All-Conference

South Portland, Maine- Three players from Vermont Tech were honored at the annual Yankee Small College Conference Elite Eight Basketball Banquet.

Jamal Hughes (Stone Mountain, GA) received First Team All-Conference honors for his outstanding performance in the 2013-2014 season. Hughes finished second for points per-game in the YSCC with 25.4 just behind Eddie Kopacz of Unity College who lead the league with 25.9 points per game.

Senior Ama Baker (Fitchburg, MA) and Junior Paige Wells (Orleans, VT) both made this year's Second Team YSCC All-Conference team. Baker averaged 17.4pts and 6.8 assists per game and Wells averaged 17.1pts and 13.8 rebounds per game.
